Terms of sale, delivery, payment

Offers:

our offers are valid for the period of 14 days, unless the term is extended in writing.

Prices:

the price-list contains prices of offset printing;
prices of other technologies employed are subject to negotiations;
price of custom-designed souvenirs is negotiated;
products are packed in standard corrugated cardboard cases;

In case an intermediate package is required, the cost of this package is added to the price of the products.

Pre-press processes:

• labels and small boxes - 20.00 EUR+VAT;
• boxes and other souvenirs - from 70.00 EUR+VAT;
• package custom-designing - from 180.00 EUR+VAT.

Order execution expenses:

• if the contract provides for 2 deliveries - 30.00 EUR+VAT;
• if the contract provides for 4 deliveries - 60.00 EUR+VAT;
• if the contract provides for 5 or more deliveries - 120.00 EUR+VAT.

Delivery (transport expenses):

• in Vilnius — 15.00 EUR+VAT;
• to other towns — by agreement.

Order receiving:

An order is received upon:
Order confirmation in writing;
Confirmation of advance payment under the contract terms sent by fax;
Approval of the finished layout.

Presentation of graphic material:

Pre-press graphic layout (or material for layout design) is presented on CD or sent by E-mail. Layouts shall be made in the following programs: Corel Draw (extension *.cdr) saved in the version up to 9.0 or Adobe Illustrator (extension *.ai, *.eps) saved in the version up 9.0; photos - Adobe Photoshop (*.psd, *.tif, *.eps) prepared in the needed size, resolution 300 dpi, CMYK;

Delivery terms:

Up to 4 weeks, unless other delivery terms have been agreed upon in the order.
For urgent orders a coefficient at the rate of 5% of the estimated amount is applied.

Warning!

Due to technical peculiarities of production process, product quantity may fluctuate as much as 10 %.
Delivery shall be considered effected upon the final settlement and confirmation by fax, except the cases, when other terms have been confirmed.

Warranties:

Storage conditions specified by the manufacturer are ensured prior to the transfer of the products.
The customer is provided with a quality certificate confirming compliance of the quality of chocolate/sweets with the requirements.
